well equipped room

room is well equipped, comfortable bed, huge TV, and bidet is a plus. location wise it's rather close to Gwangalli beach

check-in time is 6PM, ridiculous, wasn't feeling well on that day so tried to request for early check-in but the hotel did not allow. staff can't speak english well so rejected my request for help to call a taxi to go to the airport. the floor heating system is scorching hot. there was a half drank mineral water in the fridge

Doubt I will go back

Great location - super close to a bus stop and a subway station. Other than that, I guess I got what I paid for.

The hotel seems pretty outdated and needs some work. My room was not in great condition overall. The bed & bedding were not comfy. There were some sort of crumbs on the floor & mysterious stains on the walls & ceiling.

Acceptable for a weekend, but wouldn't stay again.

The hotel is close to the subway station, as well as the beach. The bed was comfortable, and there is a television, computer, and mini fridge in the hotel room. I didn't make use of it, but there is coffee and toast in the lobby which is a nice option if you need a little fuel in the tank before you start your day.

I was not expecting it to be a smoking hotel - had I known that I would not have booked with them. In order to not smell like smoke the whole weekend I needed to sleep with the windows open and received a number of mosquito bites for my trouble. I also did not receive a response when I inquired about waiving the cancellation fee - the event I was coming to Busan for was postponed due to a typhoon, and it was only announced after the cutoff for receiving a refund. I had the option of not coming and paying for the room, or making use of the room despite not wanting to be in Busan for the weekend. Due to the staff not responding to my email, I feared I had wasted the trip to Busan as I wasn't sure if they had actually cancelled my room or not, or if they would cancel it while I was en route. A quick email response would have been greatly appreciated.

Exceeded our expectations - clean, spacious, huge TV, GREAT LOCATION (subway st.)

The location was great as it was about 1-2 minutes away from a bus station and the subway station Gwangan. They have everything you need (TV, PC and a clean and spacious bathroom) - they even provided toiletries. The entrance area smelled delicious (buttery popcorn). The receptionist was very friendly and helpful - we sometimes communicated via google translator (but it worked and I am totally fine with that!) We were also allowed to store our luggage 7 hours before check-in time. The bread and coffee offer is a great idea but we never tried any of it so we can not review. The stay was totally worth the price!

One of very few cons was that the room (or maybe it was just the door) was not very soundproof. Also the check-in time is very late (6 pm) but it was no matter for us since luggage storage opportunity was given.
